Description

Kirsty McIntyre is a Melbourne based artist working mainly with palette knife and oil paint on canvas, with Australian themed still life subjects, and the backyard birds that visit her compositions.
Initially self-taught she has since had private tuition and workshops with artists, Ron Reynolds, Richard Claremont, Jenie Fawkner, Nicholas Chen, and international artists, Ed Praybe and Catherine Kehoe.
Kirsty’s work is held in private collections in the USA, the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia, and she has been in numerous group exhibitions in Australia.

The possibilities are endless. You can choose to purchase an Artwork already created from one of the Collections. Simply send us a front on photo (jpeg or PDF) of your wall space then tell us which artwork you’re considering and the size. We will then super impose the artwork onto your wall, allowing you to be totally sure that the artwork you’ve chosen is just right for your space.

YES: When buying from the Collections Artworks the proportions will change with the dimensions. If you would like to see how they change prior to purchasing please contact us.

Martine Gallery includes packaging and delivery cost in all online orders within Australia. For larger custom orders, we may suggest other freight alternatives and costings. This is worked out on a project-by-project basis. Price quoted includes GST.

YES – If you have a colour or fabric swatch you’d like to send us, we’ll do our very best to match it as close as possible.

All computer monitors vary in colour therefore the printed artwork may vary slightly from what you have viewed on your monitor. We do not guarantee the reproduction of colours. If you’re concerned about colours, please order a small sample swatch printed on the actual canvas for a minimum cost. Please contact us for more information on ordering swatches.

Turnaround time is 10-12 business days after payment has been made,  (depending on where the delivery is to be made). Faster turnaround can be organised. Please contact info@martinegallery.com for a 3-5 business days turn around from the Collections Artworks.

We ship all over Australia. For delivery to other countries, please contact us and we will quote you on shipping and delivery time.

In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange the product:

The product proves faulty within 7 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
The product does not match its description as provided when sold
The product received is not the product ordered
The product has been damaged in transit
Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.

Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.
